You must see a doctor, type 2 diabetes is a serious and dangerous disease and if left untreated complications can arise that can lead to heart disease, kidney disease, eye disease and blindness, circulation problems and other such serious conditions. You can also go to a hospital for advice and definitely at the hospital get your blood sugar levels checked. This is not a matter that can be safely dealt with on the internet, medical professionals are needed on this.

Thank you for your comments and the links to studies on Beta Fast GXR that I have now read and copied for possible future reference.The studies completed appear to confirm the previous general claims, ancient and modern, that gymnema sylvestre can play a role in glucose management. I may add more on the website about this topic as time permits.
